Did you lose your picture day schedule? Maybe there was a mix-up and your never received one. If so, don't worry, just let us know and we will email you a copy immediately!
Order Forms
We have all of our order forms available in electronic format, so that you can take more time to choose the best package for you. Simply make your request on this form and we will get the correct form to you.
Re-orders
We frequently have people who need to reorder more pictures or other products. You can make your re-order request on this form. Simply give us your re-order print/product item number(s), item name(s), quantity, and totals. We will then give you a call to verify your order and to take your credit card information. Reorders are available for pickup at our studio within two weeks (we will contact you when they are ready). We can also mail your re-order to your home for a small fee.
Delivery
We have various delivery options for your team or league, including shipping or dropping off the order to your league office, shipping team packages to coaches, mailing directly to athlete's homes, or staffing a distribution day at a league event. We provide your orders in two weeks from the Picture Day. If it is after two weeks and you have not received your order, please contact us through this form.
Returns
We do our very best to accommodate your requests if we have made a mistake with your order. We are happy to reprint a mistaken order if we have made an error in data entry or packaging. While not common, if we have made a technical error and your pictures do not come out properly, we will schedule a reshoot at our expense. Due to misuse of the system through scanning images, we cannot accept returns of prints for a refund. We also cannot take responsibility for illegibility of order forms, so please make sure to print neatly on your order form to ensure proper orders.
